invest in McDonald's shares Live your best life. Discover what it means to be pain free. And not just pain free, but strong.  Resilient.  Living life without restrictions or boundaries. We truly can live a life without pain.  When we find optimal alignment with our bodies and natural movement, we can fix what ails us and we can decrease or eliminate our pain!  Pain is not required. 
It's not required because you're pregnant, or because you are aging, or because of your job (unless your job is to be a sumo wrestler).   Our goal is to teach women how to  have an easier birth.  Because our bodies were designed to give birth.  But, our bodies have adapted to modern lifestyle.  So, we need to learn how to move our bodies in a way that naturally strengthens our pelvic floor (in a way so that it is also yielding for baby to come through!).  To move in a way that creates lots of space in the pelvis for a baby. A way that removes the restrictions that both cause pain and can put baby in a less than favorable position.  Our goal is to teach women how to have a quick and easy recovery from childbirth. Because just because you had a baby, or several, doesn't mean that you should have sneeze pee, prolapsing organs, and split abs.  My goal is to help you learn how to heal your body. From your pelvic floor to your core. From your knees to your back.  Or maybe just keep them from needing to be healed in the first place!  Our bodies are amazing!  We just need to learn how to use them optimally.  The power is inside each of us.
